The problem
The TympaHealth system is a revolutionary device that allows ENT specialists to assess and diagnose hearing issues with a smart phone, and without the hospital appointments and costly equipment. We were appointed to lead the design of the mobile app from which hearing professionals could manage bookings, undertake assessments and refer patients to a specialist.
The solution
TympaHealth are the experts in ear health, so when they approached us to lead the design of their app, we knew the importance of capturing their professionalism whilst prioritising an exceptional user experience. We embarked on creating a design that seamlessly merges expertise with clarity.
The result
We undertook UX and UI design for the whole project, working closely with medical specialists and developers throughout. The result was a beautifully crafted native app experience, specifically for the latest iOS devices and guidelines. This attention to detail has been recognised internationally, earning a UX Design Gold award in the product category.
