RMZ
Campus-wide wayfinding system
We created a unified wayfinding system for RMZ Nexity and Spire, simplifying navigation across a large corporate campus while giving Loft a distinct, expressive identity within the wider environment.
The Problem
Spread across more than 15 acres with over 5 million sq. ft. of built-up area, RMZ Nexity and Spire form a large multi-tower corporate campus with extensive basements, stilt parking, and shared public zones. The scale and complexity of circulation required a clear, unified wayfinding system capable of guiding people seamlessly across towers, levels, and open spaces.
Within the wider campus, Loft — a youthful social hub — required its own expressive identity while still aligning with the overarching navigation framework. The challenge was to bring clarity and cohesion to the campus while giving Loft a distinct and energetic character.
The Solution
We developed a campus-wide wayfinding system for Nexity and Spire that establishes a clear hierarchy, strong visibility, and consistent navigation across exterior environments, interior spaces, and multi-level parking zones.
For Loft, the wayfinding language drew inspiration from its logo grid, industrial textures, and modern, youthful atmosphere. An illustration-led visual style combined with playful iconography gave the space a warm and creative personality, while still integrating seamlessly within the broader campus framework.
The resulting system balances clarity and efficiency for the corporate environment with vibrancy and character for the social hub.
The Result
Navigation across the campus is now intuitive, cohesive, and efficient, supporting both daily movement and visitor orientation. Nexity and Spire benefit from a unified visual structure, while Loft stands out as a lively destination with its own distinctive identity.
The integrated wayfinding system reinforces RMZ’s vision of a connected, community-focused workplace environment.
