We partnered with Nexus Malls to create a unified wayfinding and brand experience system, delivering a scalable visual language that improves navigation, strengthens brand consistency and connects more meaningfully with local audiences across India.

The Problem

Following the acquisition of 17 malls across India, Nexus Malls required a unified wayfinding and brand experience system that could bring consistency across diverse properties while still responding to local audiences and contexts. The challenge was to create a navigation framework that not only simplified movement across retail environments, but also strengthened brand ownership and customer connection at every touchpoint.

The Solution

We developed a cohesive brand overlay and wayfinding system across the Nexus Malls portfolio, introducing a fresh and vibrant visual language that could adapt seamlessly across multiple properties. The signage system was designed to enhance visibility, improve navigation, and create a more engaging retail experience across entrances, concourses, directories, and customer touchpoints. 

To strengthen local relevance and accessibility, the system also incorporated regional languages, helping customers connect more naturally with the space while reinforcing the inclusive identity of the brand.

The Result

The new wayfinding and brand experience system brings greater consistency, clarity, and identity across the Nexus Malls network. Visitors now experience a more intuitive and engaging journey, supported by signage that is both functional and expressive. 

By combining a scalable visual system with local cultural relevance, the project enhances customer experience while strengthening Nexus Malls’ presence as a connected, recognisable retail brand across India.
