Creating a bold new home for TV giants.

We partnered with NOS to create a bold new retail concept following their merger, designing a scalable store experience that attracts new customers, enhances service and has been rolled out across 150 locations.

The Problem

Following a re-brand after the merger of two of Portugals largest TV and mobile service providers to form NOS, The One Off were tasked with creating a new home for their brand to be rolled out across all their stores. They envisioned a space to better serve their existing customer base, whilst also attracting new TV and mobile customers.

The Solution

Beginning with their brand values; curious, sociable, and practical, we created captivating store visuals and used projection mapping to bring moments of intrigue to passers-by. We made prototypes and a mock store, before briefing teams and staff for an incredible launch event.

The Result

In collaboration with the NOS teams, we re-imagined the customer service model placing the customers’ needs at the centre whilst allowing staff to work and sell more effectively. The result is a bold and joyful store concept, that has now been rolled out in over 150 stores across Portugal.
