The problem

Our team created a groundbreaking retail experience for EE, redefining ‘telco’ shopping. However, introducing a new brand identity requires engaging not just customers, but thousands of employees too. To meet this challenge, EE’s brand and HR teams assigned us to develop an internal space at their Hatfield HQ. We successfully created an environment to familiarise employees with the brand before its official launch.

The solution

The two training rooms, known as ‘The House’, were designed for training new store staff and introducing business partners to the brand. Working closely with HR to understand each function the space needed to serve, we created a flexible, modular kit that allows all users to enjoy a seamless experience.

The result

Being a UK-based location, we also wanted to capture the more humorous, uniquely British aspects of the brand through the overall aesthetic, comms tone of voice and even the furniture choices. We developed a concept that reflects the brand and retail design, ensuring the environment is homely, welcoming and an enjoyable place to learn.
