Retail Technical Design Manager

About the role
The Senior Retail Technical Designer plays a pivotal role in turning creative concepts into fully developed, scalable and production-ready solutions. Leading the 3D and technical design process, this role ensures that creative intent is translated into detailed CAD models and buildable fixturing systems suited for both bespoke and mass manufacture. Working across global markets the position collaborates closely with procurement, production and creative teams to manage suppliers, oversee prototyping, and deliver high-quality outcomes. With strong project management responsibilities, the role guides projects from initial brief through to installation, balancing commercial objectives with design integrity. This position requires extensive technical expertise, international manufacturing experience and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships while upholding consistent global brand standards.

Experience
- 2-3 years experience in account or project management within a creative or agency environment is advantageous.
- Confident managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines and client communications.
- Familiarity with project management systems (Synergist) and working across multidisciplinary design teams is beneficial.
- Experience preparing scopes, schedules, cost proposals and reconciliation reports is useful.
Skills
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships and lead meetings confidently.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Commercially aware, able to manage budgets, monitor forecasts and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Good understanding of creative workflows across branding, retail, environments, digital or motion.
- Logical thinker with the ability to interpret briefs, contribute ideas and support creative problem-solving.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Senior Account Manager

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategically minded Senior Account Manager to lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects across multiple clients. You’ll manage complex accounts day-to-day, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard, while building trusted relationships at all levels.
Working closely with Account Directors, you’ll lead client meetings, shape briefs, oversee planning and forecasting and guide creative and cross-discipline teams to deliver impactful work. You’ll also play a key role in growing accounts, spotting opportunities and supporting pitches, while providing leadership, coaching and direction to more junior team members.

- Proven track record managing large, multi-disciplinary projects and multiple clients simultaneously.
- Confident working with budgets, forecasting, scoping, scheduling and reconciliation.
