About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team in London.

The One Off Group are a leading International Integrated Agency. We have design studios in London, Derbyshire and Mumbai employing over 100 creative entrepreneurs across brand design, digital, interior architecture, and advertising. We have a strong culture and a passion for collaborative, inter-disciplinary design work. Our clients range from leading technology and entertainment companies to sports and fashion brands.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of large scale, multi-disciplined projects. Ensuring that accounts are delivered effectively on time and on budget, ensuring the client relationship is well managed, to ensure excellence in every aspect of delivery. This role combines creativity and strategic thinking and has the commercial ability to grow clients organically. The Account Manager / Senior Account Manager will provide support to the Account Director on more complex accounts as and when required.

This role is full time, Monday – Friday.

Experience

  • A degree-level qualification or similar higher education training is advantageous
  • 2-3 years experience working at a similar level in a similar role
  • Experience working on campaigns and retail design is advantageous

3D Senior Designer

London

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented retail designer to join our 3D team in London.

You will play a key supporting role within the design team, working across many types of retail projects and clients. You’ll work across the full design process from idea generation to design, layout, and creation of concepts. Leading and developing complex 3D projects, inspiring project teams to ensure that an initial concept is developed, detailed and successfully delivered through to the final stages on time and on budget. 

Good initiative and a proactive approach are crucial within this role. 

This role is full time, Monday – Friday. 

Experience

  • A relevant degree level qualification (e.g. 3D design, Furniture & Product design or interior architecture) or similar higher education training is advantageous 
  • Around 4-5 years relevant industry experience, either at an agency or in-house 
  • Experience working on large scale retail projects is advantageous 

Skills

  • Creative with strong attention to detail  
  • Exceptional strategic problem-solving skills

You will play a key supporting role within the digital team, working across a wide range of digital design projects and clients, using your creative skills to craft small projects and support on larger ones. You’ll work across the full design process from user research and wireframing to design, and you’ll liaise with developers to see projects completed to the highest possible standard.

A proactive and logical approach to problem-solving is crucial within the role.

You’ll be on a 2 year professional development programme which will develop your creative skills, technical knowledge, use of design software, presentation skills, time management and more. Once the 2 year PDP is completed you’ll move into our full appraisal system and continue to work with a greater degree of autonomy through various projects.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday and studio based.

Experience

  • A graphic design, visual communication or similar creative degree (or similar higher education training) is advantageous
  • Relevant industry experience through placement or work experience is advantageous, but not essential

Skills

  • Enthusiastic and passionate about digital design
  • Highly creative, with strong typography, layout and attention to detail

You will play a key supporting role, providing support on both project and administrative levels to the team. You will participate fully in client and internal meetings and gain a good understanding of the client/accounts you are involved in.

Good initiative and a proactive approach are crucial within this role.

You will be on a 2-year professional development programme working towards managing small-scale projects across single disciplines, developing and building your Client Services skills and product knowledge, through working closely with the senior team.

Please note a driving licence and access to your own transport is a requirement for the role based in Derbyshire.

These roles are full-time, Monday – Friday and studio based.
