We helped The Gantry launch a landmark Hilton Curio hotel with an omni-channel campaign, using strategic brand activation and media partnerships to drive awareness and bookings.
The Problem
We supported the Gantry: an iconic design led Hilton Curio hotel located in Stratford, from the concept right through to consumer launch. Part of this brief involved crafting a comprehensive marketing strategy to amplify the hotel’s unique offering, shaping a launch plan that elevates brand recognition amongst travel and leisure enthusiasts, driving reach and maximising conversion.
The Solution
We built a communications framework to serve The Gantry’s unique service offering and diverse range of audience segments, which include international travelers, domestic short-term guests, and leisure visitors who frequent the hotel's new bars and restaurants.
In addition to crafting a strategic platform and suite of assets, TOO initiated a partnership programme in collaboration with cultural, local organisations and media outlets. This served to strengthen The Gantry’s positioning and provide a platform to engage with their audience. This engagement was further amplified through various social and digital media channels, all underpinned by a performance marketing funnel designed to drive sales.
The Result
The Gantry’s launch was planned through a carefully phased, omni-channel campaign spanning owned, earned and shared media. Activity integrated website, Google, display and paid social, alongside organic social, CRM and out-of-home, creating a cohesive brand presence to drive both awareness and direct bookings.
Strategic cultural partnerships with the likes of Jealous Gallery, Stephanie Tudor, Ben Eine further strengthened the hotel’s positioning within Stratford’s creative and lifestyle landscape, embedding the brand within its local community while attracting domestic and international visitors alike.
In its first year, all 291 rooms achieved sell-out occupancy, marking a highly successful market entry and establishing The Gantry as a standout destination within Hilton’s Curio collection.
