The problem

We worked with retail giant Sports Direct to revolutionise the store experience for a brand-savvy, fashion conscious audience. Following the successful implementation of the new elevated store design, we have planned over 2 million sqft of retail store space globally. Working in BIM software we integrate our workflow with other members of the implementation team.

The solution

This strategy is fully connected through the entire supply chain – we begin by taking an architectural scan of the building, before developing, manufacturing and finally implementing our design. We have overseen a huge volume of store implementation as well as an important international roll out and roll back across the entire estate.

The result

The application of both considered design and strategic commercial thinking has aligned the store design to the operations and logistics of the business in a way that has greatly improved the overall brand experience. With the roll out of the overall elevation strategy we have consistently improved the efficiency of the Sports Direct store design and layout in a way that has the customer at its heart.
