When we created a new brand identity for a telecoms company, we knew that we needed to engage not only the customers, but the employees too. We were challenged to create a space at the company’s HQ to familiarise the team with the new brand identity before its launch.
We designed and developed two training rooms with two purposes: to train new team members and introduce new business partners to the brand. Using flexible, modular design, we built spaces that reflected the brand’s image and the design of its retail stores, adding elements of fun and humour to ensure the environment is welcoming, homely and a comfortable place to learn.
Post-pandemic, a leading UK housebuilder reached out to us to redesign their office space to encourage people back to the office. Our task was to create a workspace design that would unify and excite the team, as well as attracting new talent.
To do this, we needed to accommodate new demands. The space needed to be adaptable to facilitate individual working as well as socialising and collaboration, with spaces for working, meeting, learning and sharing.
We removed traditional barriers to prevent completely siloed working, using light, colour and biophilic design to elevate the workspace. By focusing on how the company’s employees behave, feel and interact at work, we created a space that promotes wellness, encourages movement and fosters positivity, collaboration and productivity.
