When Crocs Europe relocated its current head office to Amsterdam, it looked for a partner who was capable of creating a space that would be representative of a more mature organisation and work ethos, and at the same time capture the young, fun and colorful aspects that have become synonymous with the brand.

We were brought in to do our magic. One year on, the designs still work; they remain fresh and vibrant and capture what we set out to do as a team.

Barclays

Barclays Piccadilly: Being: London

We designed a number of customer experiences within Barclays new Piccadilly flagship store. The installations aim to attract people into branch and build brand warmth through engagement and generosity.

Interactive elements were also developed to create a tool that focuses on providing local information rather than driving banking sales, presenting the constantly changing mood of London.

Millies

Retail Interiors

We revived a tired brand, including its identity, consumer communications and environment, adding personality whilst communicating with the young female consumer audience.

A proposition that has the core offer of cookies at the front and centre whilst commercially communicating the additional offers of coffee and ice cream. The concept has been rolled out across the existing estate with new locations popping up everywhere.

Best Buy

Retail Interiors - International

We worked with Best Buy for over 2 years across retail, interactive digital and international identity guidelines. Initial projects were more strategic and involved developing brand positioning in Europe, customer journey scenarios and writing zonal experience briefs.

The first European store was designed in Izmir, Turkey, followed by an award winning Flagship store at West Thurrock, in the UK, and then international implementation.

[Animations that promote a broad range of Best Buy\'s instore and remote services as part of the overall Best Buy UK launch. The promotion runs across multiple plasma screens throughout Best Buy store, with the aim to encourage customer inquiries at the in-store service hubs or just by talking to staff.]

National Trust

Interpretation - Gibside Stables

We always try to build flexibility into our exhibits. There's nothing worse than having to reprint a massive panel when you want to add something new. Simple interactives allow the kids to discover more, without the need to call the IT guy every five minutes!

The skeletal timber framework was designed to allow as much of the original building to be viewed by the visitor as possible. The exhibition contains graphics, content and interactives for kids.
