Christmas 2014

Samsung Christmas has officially launched! Our team worked extremely hard through the night to transform the Brand Store into a magical Christmas Eve scene. Using intricate animations, beautiful 3D elements and stunning graphics. We created a world of wonder to position the Samsung’s flagship store as the ultimate gifting destination this Christmas.

BETT Exhibition Stand

We were asked by Samsung to design a stand for the BETT show, an exhibition for the education technology community. The stand showcased tablets, PCs, whiteboards and a range of other Samsung products available to modern schools.

The stand featured a 20ft wall of 55” screens, 2 classrooms complete with school desks and an impressive installation of over 400 exercise books.

Galaxy Note3 + Gear Launch

The One Off were briefed by Samsung to launch the highly anticipated Note3 + Gear at the Samsung brand store, Westfield, Stratford City. The event was the most commercially successful mobile launch to date, with customers queuing throughout the event to be the first in the country to get their hands on these innovative new products! Over 1,500 customers attended the launch event over the space of 3 hours, whilst the pre-order microsite saw 28,000 visitors and over 750 products were sold.

This fully integrated campaign including a microsite to drive pre-orders, bold in store retail graphics, a striking window installation and a stunning sculptural display to hero these innovative products.

Global Guidelines

We created an in-store principles guideline for a global audience. 
The principles demonstrate best practice for store design and VM techniques, based on insights 
gained from consumer research. 
The principles have been implemented across 6 pilot stores, from Russia to Singapore and we have been involved in site meetings and checking implementation is correct. Results are being tracked to identify if the principles result in an uplift in sales, dwell time and an enhanced customer experience.

Stratford Promos

The One Off has been working with Samsung to develop an in-store and outdoor promotional campaign structure for their new brand store at Westfield Stratford.

We have started by developing a promotional hierarchy that covers everything from window displays, to animations, flyers, in-store comms and ticketing.

To the right are some examples of our first couple of campaigns, but this is just the beginning. Watch this space for more promotions in the future.

GS4 Launch Campaign

We were asked by Samsung UK to create a multi touchpoint communication campaign for the highly anticipated GS4 phone, driving pre-orders and attendance to the exclusive launch event at the Samsung Brand Store.

We focused the campaign on ‘Be The First’ to connect with consumers desire to obtain new technology. The campaign included a bespoke microsite to manage pre-orders and invite customers to the launch event. Social media, targeted emails and geo tagged mobile adverts were also used to direct consumers to the microsite. Store windows & in-store POS were dedicated to the launch & GS4.
