Rebrand Retail Design

In October 2011 we were appointed by EE to develop a retail environment that supported the re-brand. We worked with the Retail Team to produce a highly flexible store that would change the way customers shop a mobile phone store.

Alongside the 50 new EE stores, we were challenged with developing treatments to update the branding across 650 T-Mobile, Orange and Everything Everywhere stores in 2 nights. All treatments had to be concealed until the new brand was launched in November 2012.

The project involved our retail designers creating retail graphics, retail designs and brand identity.

EE Environment Guidelines

EE Launched in September 2012, their vision is big and their people are everything, EE wanted to live and breath this vision of 'Showing everyone in the UK how the magic of technology can make the everyday better'. Working closely with the brand team we defined key environment principals to be rolled out across Brand, Transition, Team, My Space and meeting spaces. The principals were shaped to help make the space purposeful yet playful, digitising the environment where possible. The guidelines were developed to give the teams a kit of parts to update their space, making it engaging and stimulating

Indirect Retail Free Standing Display Unit

For EE's Indirect Retail Channel we have developed a free standing display unit to promote the new network for your digital life and 4GEE handsets. There are 45 units across the UK, helping to support the brand's presence and latest proposition. Check them out in Chitter Chatter and fonehouse.

Retail Animations

The 2D Digital team have been busy producing a number of EEretail animations. These animations explain the brands key propositions, from Superfast 4GEE and Fibre Optic, to 'Fix It' services and data tariffs on 4G EE phones. The digital comms are all part of an integrated marketing mix, targeting a broad audience to launch the new proposition, brand look and feel.

Customer Experience Animations

To support the EE 4G launch, we have developed a host of 'How to videos'. Using a mix of photography and animation, these videos will sit online showing customers how to set up their new 4G phones and migrate seamlessly onto the EE network ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Brand Proposition Films

Through a mix of live action, Cinema 4D animation and After Effects we developed a series of short videos bringing to life a range of EE propositions such as super fast 4GEE, EE Film and Clone Phone. We showcased the key benefits of each proposition in a simple way that consumers can identify with, driving awareness and consideration of the EE brand.
