Navigating a premium workplace experience

With over 0.5 million sq.ft. of office space and large-format floor plates of approximately 63,000 sq.ft., One Qube in Gurgaon required a wayfinding system that could simplify navigation while complementing the premium workplace environment. 

The goal was to create a user experience that felt welcoming, calming, and atmospheric—supporting wellbeing and productivity while maintaining a refined and contemporary identity across the campus.

Our wayfinding concept, “Classic Dream,” was developed as an extension of the architectural language of the space. Inspired by elegance and restraint, the system combines glamorous textures, refined typography, and sophisticated forms to create a navigation experience that feels both intuitive and elevated. 

The signage language was designed to breathe naturally within the environment, using subtle detailing, materiality, and clear information hierarchy to enhance movement without overwhelming the space. Every element was carefully curated to support a calm, seamless, and wellness-oriented workplace experience.

The final wayfinding system transforms navigation into a sophisticated spatial experience that aligns seamlessly with One Qube’s premium workplace identity. 

By combining clarity with understated luxury, the system enhances usability while contributing to the overall atmosphere of the campus—creating a workplace environment that feels elegant, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for its users.
