Time Capsule

We designed & produced an industrial time capsule to contain and display innovative technologies from the University. The aim was to create a capsule that could be displayed in both its open and closed formats. It will be transported to different sites and viewed by academics, scientists and exhibition visitors. Each item will be filmed with its inventor telling the story of each object and placing it inside the capsule. At the end of its life it will be buried with the intention that it may be discovered in the future and act as a record of the technology developed during its years on display.

Impact: The Nottingham Campaign

Impact is the largest fundraising campaign in the University’s history. Its aim is to increase philanthropic support across five strategic themes over the next 5 years. The aim was to design a bespoke compact exhibition kit with the ability to display & talk about the 40+ projects. We designed & produced a compact, flexible, interchangeable graphic exhibition kit to help communicate the projects within Impact. The kit consisted of 10 elements that were designed to work together to create a flexible kit of parts that were easily transported to create small, medium or large displays depending on the theme or project.

Wellcome Trust

Ground Floor and Virtual Library

We worked with the existing building materials' palette to produce areas of interest and information within the Ground Floor and Virtual Library of the Wellcome Collection building.

We created destination information points within the large space. The individual elements contained touchscreens and navigational signage but retained the feeling of elegance. Subtle variations between the building materials and the new elements created a point of difference, whilst retaining the use of high quality materials, such as high gloss surfaces and glass.

Hape

Product Design

The team has designed and developed over 50 toys across three defined categories; creative play, classic games and babies toys.

All the products have been designed with the environment in mind using sustainable raw materials such as Bamboo and FSC-certified wood. Applying water-soluble pickles and lacquers wherever possible.

Glued connections are free of formaldehyde, which corresponds to the E1 standard and surface finishes with beeswax base.

Lee

Promotional Graphics

The original Buddy Lee doll was given a cheeky twist for some sale POS created for Lee Jeans. Sale promotion created and produced by The One Off for Lee Jeans.

Fit POS and pocket sized booklets for customers to communicate product style and fit, through to guides that help the retailers buy into the Lee brand.

Brand Wagon

The Speedo Roadshow is a journey touring the UK and Europe, visiting key retail outlets, retailer HQs and top consumer events and festivals. The tour will enable the brand to showcase a greater depth of colours, patterns and contemporary styling throughout swim fitness, cup sized body shaping Speedo Sculpture, and Learn To Swim collections.

Lee

Press Pack

80s hip hop inspired the ‘Re-Lee’s of Kool’ range. The PR pack gave the flavour. A bit of ‘bling’, some original mixing from hip hop DJ Beethhoven and a coffee table booklet with imagery from back in the day.

Over 200 new accounts were opened, including 20 gold accounts, and an increase in sales of 2%. Success.
