We re-designed the Sainsbury's Wing Store at The National Gallery. The concept was designed to engage a broad customer base, encourage more repeat visits to the store and meet the ambitions of the business plan.

Working with the innovations teams at T-Mobile and Sony Ericsson The One Off was appointed to develop a comprehensive music proposition capable of rivalling the Apple iPhone and iTunes offers.

The concept created an online community in which continuity between laptop and handset interfaces was paramount. This idea was then stretched to incorporated new handset technologies such as song recognition.

The One Off were appointed to develop a new retail environment for Moneycorp's bureau de change following a re brand in 2011.

Our challenge was to create a point of difference from competitors, taking a fresh approach to the design that would transcend high street and airport locations. Our design featured a bright and durable material palette with the integration of key recognisable brand elements, such as the bespoke table lighting. The new concept has been implemented in Gatwick South terminal.

T-Mobile appointed The One Off to develop a small format store concept. Key to this was the development of a new modular unitary system to suit small format stores.

Existing operational and commercial requirements were combined with new ideas on merchandising and layout to create a new concept that was on brand and in harmony with existing retail principles.

We worked with Best Buy for over 2 years across retail, interactive digital and international identity guidelines. Initial projects were more strategic and involved developing brand positioning in Europe, customer journey scenarios and writing zonal experience briefs.

The first European store was designed in Izmir, Turkey, followed by an award winning Flagship store at West Thurrock, in the UK, and then international implementation.

For EE's Indirect Retail Channel we have developed a free standing display unit to promote the new network for your digital life and 4GEE handsets. There are 45 units across the UK, helping to support the brand's presence and latest proposition. Check them out in Chitter Chatter and fonehouse.

A small store with a big personality. Located a stone’s throw from the London Olympic Aquatic Centre this store has a lot to do in a small format.

The water theme was emphasized here to give impact and was coupled with a centrally located bespoke mannequin stand to give this store a point of difference. iPads are an integral part of the design to drive web sales and brand awareness.

Following the completion of the rebrand, Universal Works found the perfect London location to open their first store, Lambs Conduit Street. We created a store based around the brand image of honest, crafted and universal design. Complete with a large anamorphic graphic on two walls and the ceiling and bespoke furniture also designed by The One Off. The store is trading now so be sure to pop in if you're near by.
