Turkey Store

We created 3 in store experience zones, Connected World, Mobility and Gaming which were based on an organic and connected environment that lets technology be accessible and human. The zones demonstrate how new technology products can solve common customer problems.

The aim is to inspire the consumer by heroing them and offering bespoke solutions, rather than pre-packaged bundles. Each space has its own style, mood and content. Interactive displays and iconic architectural features invite customers to live learn and play in a communal experience.

Sky

Retail Store Design

Following a four way pitch The One Off were appointed to develop a new customer experience for Sky at retail. Working collaboratively with the retail, marketing, and brand teams within Sky we created a new customer journey and way of selling Sky within a mall environment.

The flexible, modular design allows for a consistent brand and retail experience to be delivered across all mall types and formats. It is currently being evaluated before national roll out.

Nokia

Nokia Touch and Type campaign

The One Off developed the strategy for an integrated campaign to launch a new range of phones into the UK market that combined the benefits of both a touch screen and traditional keypad.

With distinct target markets for the two devices we developed a complementary but tailored look and feel for each device along with a specific, ATL, email, social and affiliate campaign as well as in-store comms and windows.

Barclays

Barclays Piccadilly: Being: London

We designed a number of customer experiences within Barclays new Piccadilly flagship store. The installations aim to attract people into branch and build brand warmth through engagement and generosity.

Interactive elements were also developed to create a tool that focuses on providing local information rather than driving banking sales, presenting the constantly changing mood of London.

Everything Everywhere

Flagship Store

The Everything Everywhere flagship store pushed the roll out concept further by focusing on the possibilities of a connected world.

The store is broken up into three zones: connected to your home, connected on the go and connected while you play. Each zone includes 'wow' products that allow you to do more with your device whether it be a mobile phone, tablet or a laptop.

Sky

Interactive Sales Tool

An interactive gesture controlled sales tool that allows customers to browse Sky content, products and services. They can watch HD quality content trailers before building a tailored Sky package based on the type of TV they want to watch and the other products and services they’re interested in.

Built using Adobe AIR technology it works across iPad, 40” touch table and desktop machines using a single set of source code to allow for easy updates and short initial development periods.
