20th Anniversary

To celebrate 20 years of Eurostar travel in 2014 we were engaged to design and produce motion & digital content, as part of an integrated campaign to feature in the London St Pancras International concourse & ticket office.

Through the use of colour, bold and simplistic design with varying motion techniques, coupled with live customer tweet feeds, we brought to life customer insights about 'what is better about being closer' and created positive disruption in the concourse, which sees 23 million people pass through annually.

Coupled with the design and build our retail designers developed animations at different touch points along the customer journey.

Through the use of communications our retail designers helped to create a flexible solution that could respond quickly to the business needs and delight Eurostar’s customers at the same time.

St Pancras International Ticket Office in Kings Cross

We were appointed to redesign the Eurostar St Pancras International Ticket Office in Kings Cross.

Using subtle French European design influence, supported by warm dynamic lighting, premium materials and finishes we designed a space with the customer at heart. We recognised the needs of different travellers and created a space that was intuitive, giving customers a memorable experience to help deepen their brand relationship.

The result is a world class customer experience, supported by a digital overlay, delivering branded communications at key touch points along the customer journey!

Eurostar

New Route Animation

Eurostar is closing the gap between aviation and train travel to France with the launch of its new direct route to Lyon, Avignon and Marseille. They approached us to help them deliver motion content as part of an integrated campaign created by the agency Gabriel, with illustrations by BlexBolex.

The purpose of the animation is to promote awareness of the new Eurostar route to the 23 million people passing through St Pancras International. The animation uses various techniques to transport the viewer through the idyllic settings and famous landmarks of Lyon, Avignon and Marseille on a Eurostar
