| Communicating a stable block’s 18th century history in a large space and with a limited budget. We worked closely with the National Trust interpretation officer to collate the content for each stable area and to write copy in the right tone of voice for the target audience. | A mix of information and interactive elements were designed and produced, and areas of the stable were propped to achieve a more emotive feel to the space. | We always try to build flexibility into our exhibits. There's nothing worse than having to reprint a massive panel when you want to add something new. Simple interactives allow the kids to discover more, without the need to call the IT guy every five minutes! | The skeletal timber framework was designed to allow as much of the original building to be viewed by the visitor as possible. The exhibition contains graphics, content and interactives for kids. | At Ravenscar we did everything. From the first concept sketches, copy writing, photography and exhibit collation, to final build and installation. | We like to get our hands dirty whenever we can! From collecting the shale from the quarry to gathering fossils on the beach, we'll get as involved as you need us to! |
